Boffi and De Padova

The two Italian companies join together to deal with an ambitious project on the international markets, through a network of showrooms and synergies on larger projects.

Today an agreement was reached announcing an strategic alliance within the design industry. Boffi, the Italian brand for kitchens and bathrooms, has acquired 100% of De Padova.

Luca De Padova acquires 7.5% of Boffi and therefore becomes its second main shareholder.

This important step will see to the two brands maintaining their own different identities, united by the same shared aim of creating a platform for the design industry which is now ever more integrated and interlinked for all the living areas: from bathrooms to beds and storage systems, kitchens to upholstered products and complementary items. Boffi and De Padova will collaborate together to further develop the common process of internationalization in order to sustain the Italian “know how” by forming a stronger unity and increasing involvement in both private and contract sectors.

Luca De Padova is now President of De Padova and has become the Vice President of Boffi, officially entering the board of directors. With his new position in Boffi, he will contribute to the development of the group thanks to his knowledge and experience within the interiors industry. Roberto Gavazzi is now CEO of Boffi and De Padova, ensuring operational guidance for both companies.
