Burnout designs, a series of matching cotton stripes, checks and plain fabrics, a linen cloth and a decoration fabric with a long crash look tells the story of this company founded in 1964 and its power in design, materials and processing.

Colour palette, materiality and fabric width were revised for the benefit of higher applicability. Optimized care properties guarantee the washability of all burnout designs, which are now available also in 300 cm width and can be used ceiling-high. The enhanced colour palette of cotton stripes and checks in a modern range increases the options for application and combination.

Nya Nordiska, Core Classics. There is hardly any design which embodies so perfectly the roots of Nya Nordiska in the Scandinavian design language as the classical bicoloured stripe designs Jota 2.0, Kappa 2.0 and Alpha 2.0. Even wider block stripes give the fabrics in their new edition a refreshing modernity. The new colour range provides in a series of 18 colours unimagined cmbination options. Made of pure cotton, the washable and durable natural fibres can be used especially for upholstery, decoration and cushions – in a vivid interplay of colours, they can be combined with the check designs Jota-Check 2.0, Kappa- Check 2.0, Alpha-Check 2.0, the tri-colour stripes Delta, four-colour stripes Mega as well as plain fabric Zeta 2.0

Nya Nordiska, Core Classics. <b>Left</b>: airy and fresh, the dots in different sizes on the Polka fabric draw both motif and transparency. The vivid positive and negative design in neutral offwhite makes the burn-out fabric in cotton quality extremely flexible, also in combination with plain decoration fabrics. <b>Right</b>: narrow rods are floating on Cestino, the softly flowing burn-out fabric made of cotton and polyester. The graphical design from 2010 has now been realized by Nya Nordiska in 300 cm width, so that the subtle Venetian blind effect of the semi-transparent decoration fabric can be applied even more flexibly
Nya Nordiska, Core Classics. <b>Right</b>: Buskage, a new edition from the 1970ies, stages the iconic purist print design by Nya Nordiska. The softly flowing cotton underlines elegantly the subtle layout of the lines and makes it hard to perceive how easy-care the fabric with polyester content is. Reduced grass design lined up like on a pearl necklace gives the special burn-out fabric its name, whichis derived from the Swedish language. The positive and negative variants in neutral offwhite, which are for the first time available in a large-scale print width of 300 cm, guarantee versatile application options.
