A living room with a view in Moscow

On the 24th floor of a tower, buro5 tailors a small apartment of 50 square meters to the needs of the client. Making the the five windows of the living area a barycentre to be enhanced with essential furniture.

Limited square meters often impose draconian decisions that give back unexpected solutions. In renovating a loft of 50 square meters where two different bedrooms and a living space need to be included and left as free as possible from furniture, Buro5 obtains two rooms, one of which without windows, that open onto the living area with a glass wall. In addition, the elimination the dining table gives way to an equipped kitchen island where a projector and some plants are on display.

Located on the 24th floor of a tower near the Vodnyj stadium, in Moscow, the apartment makes the five windows the true fulcrum of the space, and sublimates the essentiality of the finishes and furnishing into an opportunity to enter into a fusion mode with their overlook.
