In between the dunes: an installation by Federico Peri in the Brera district

Carpanese Home debuts at Milan Design Week and presents its new path, marked by the artistic direction of Studio Federico Peri.The Italian designer has reconsidered and imagined a new future for the Veronese company born from the rich cabinet-making tradition of the Bellani family. Carpanese Home presents itself in the aftermath of a profound change that has affected not only the collections, with a decisive and radical change of direction, but the structure and the company itself. The title of the new catalogue is 'Rising'.

In between the Dunes is the installation that will represent the company at Fuorisalone 2024 (15-21 April). Curated by Studio Federico Peri, it can be visited in the intimate and cosy spaces of via Palermo 11, in the heart of the Brera Design District. The rooms are transformed into a desert dimension, made of dunes and loops of fabric, warm colours and clear sugar-paper skies - witnessing and crystallising this total renewal. At the centre of the installation, a selection of furnishings designed by Giorgio Bonaguro and Matteo Zorzenoni upholstered in Cloth Ermenegildo Zegna fabrics draw a sinuous path "in the middle of the dunes" from which the company's stylistic traits emerge clearly, characterised by gentle and comfortable lines, inlays of materials and juxtapositions of textures, masterfully crafted woods and silky lacquers, upholstered furniture with a welcoming and generous appearance covered in leather, leathers and fabrics of the finest quality.
