Peter Fischli & David Weiss

Objects that rotate, fall and, touching the ground, hit other objects. Tyres and planks of wood that accumulate one on top of the other to produce improbable constructions. This is how the film How Things Happen begins, made by Fischli & Weiss in 1986 and being shown again twenty years later in the Paris boutique of Helmut Lang. This chance to rediscover the work of the Swiss photographer and video artist duo offered by the Museum of Modern Art in Paris that while the main building is closed for carrying out building work has transferred their collection in new locations around the French capital.
