A treasure hunt to commemorate Giancarlo De Carlo

A grand treasure hunt will be held on 24 June in Urbino, a city indissolubly linked to the life and thinking of Giancarlo De Carlo (1919-2005). This collective game will be open to everyone, connecting the Milanese architect’s imagined and built places for a day, one year after his death. An itinerant festival to rediscover the city of choice of a protagonist of modern and contemporary architecture.

An initiative promoted by Urbino Town Council Giancarlo De Carlo e Associati Anna and Andrea De Carlo District Council of Pesaro and Urbino Università degli Studi di Urbino “Carlo Bo” ERSU Urbino Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche – ISIA Urbino Istituto Statale d’Arte “Scuola del Libro” Urbino Ami Servizi S.p.A.
With the backing of the UNESCO Italian National Commission

Domus will be present at the treasure hunt with a special contribution, which will indicate the treasure hunt’s start and finish points.
