There is a moment when technology stops being an addition and becomes architecture. HYLEtech, a company born out of Luce5's thirty years of experience, worked seven years to get to that moment. The result is an inch-thick high-tech aluminum panel, with no visible cables or screws, lightweight and durable, designed as an evolved alternative to wood and as a platform for a larger integrated system.

That system is called NEX-S, designed by InOpera, the company's in-house creative hub. Its logic is simple and radical: bring together functions that normally require separate interventions in a single surface. Audio, acoustic control, lighting, ultra-thin radiant heating, flush door integration-all converge in a modular structure that leaves no visible trace of itself.

NEX-S is not a product, it is a design platform. Its technologies (NEX-S Audio, NEX-S Phono Absorb, NEX-S Phono Isolant, NEX-S Light, NEX-S Heat) can be combined according to the needs of each space, making the system suitable for environments that change over time and require high performance without sacrificing aesthetics.

What HYLEtech proposes is a redefinition of the relationship between technology and surface. Engineering, sustainability and compositional freedom coexist in one centimeter of thickness: the idea that architecture does not have to contain technology, but that the two can finally coincide.
