Skinny is the new collection of countertop washbasins designed by Niccolò Adolini for Scarabeo Ceramiche.
"Each washbasin is conceived as a sculpture in which water flows and moves in a controlled way, following the internal curves of the basin with a touch of dynamic elegance," says Niccolò Adolini, who designed the new Skinny washbasin collection for Scarabeo Ceramiche.
The Italian designer interprets in his own way the trend whereby the bathroom is a new space for wellness and personal care and not an environment confined to a few square and serviceable meters. Every element of the bathroom, from the sink to the bathtub, from surfaces to accessories, must be coordinated and appropriate to the overall mood of the space-or the entire home.
Skinny is characterized by an external symmetry where strict, geometric shapes create an elegant presence in the bathroom. The collection presented by Scarabeo Ceramiche fascinates with the sinuous and organic movement dictated by the interior of the washbasin that identifies with the harmony of nature.

The washbasin, with its modern approach that can be used in any type of bathroom, is offered in the countertop version in round, oval and rectangular shapes, with or without a tap hole arrangement. In addition to the colored finishes already available for all Scarabeo collections, in both glossy and matte versions, Skinny comes to the market with three more new nuances: Sky Blue, Yellow and Peach.
It thus follows recent aesthetic trends, according to which washbasins are elements that inevitably capture attention, becoming protagonists of the bathroom: almost a ritual call through the absolute cathartic element, water, to enter a dimension of brief suspension. Skinny's shape, in fact, is inspired by the natural process of rock smoothing: an organic heart where soft, flowing curves tell the story of patient and skillful evolution.
