World famous motorcycle designer Erik Buell went fully electric with the launch of his new, quasi-namesake, brand Fuell. To do so, it partnered with Frédéric Vasseur, Team Principal of Sauber Motorsports, and Francois-Xavier Terny, founder of Vanguard and VanguardSpark, the electric division of the motorbike firm. So far, the lineup consists of a couple of two-wheeler. The first one is a futuristic and tech infused motorbike, the Fuell Flow-1. It will be released in two versions: 11kW (125cc equivalent) and 35 kW (motorcycle license), both sporting a proprietary in-wheel motor and a connected tablet-like dashboard. The second one is actually an e-bike. It’s called Fluid-1 and it will be available in two versions: Pedelec, with a max speed of 32 Km/h and S-Pedelec, with a max speed of 45 Km/h and a battery range of around 200km. The Fluid e-bikes will ship next year, starting at 3250$. The Fluid-1 motorbike will start at 11.000$, with an estimated shipping deadline set for 2021.
