During Milan Design Week twenty-four Italian and international designers will exhibit their personal interpretation of a birdhouse – on show at the Triennale di Milano. #MDW2017

“House of Birds” presents twenty-four creations that weave together design, creativity, and nature, on show at the Triennale di Milano, Giardino delle Sculture, during Milan Design Week 2017.

  Roberto Giacomucci, curator of the project, coordinated a workshop of twenty-four well-known Italian and foreign designers, invited to meet one challenge: to design a birdhouse. They were free to express and experiment their own vision through functions, forms, colors, and finishes. The final pieces have been crafted by Action Giromari workshop, combining technology and artisanship.
