Exploring the boundaries between food and design and the brand’s material within the kitchen, the book continues the collaboration with the designer, started during the latest edition of Milan Design Week. Designed by Micha Weidmann Studio, the large format book features a series of eight conceptual recipes and food stories inspired by the four elements.

The recipes – which interpret traditional recipes – are represented through a series of commissioned photographs by London-based Tom Mannion and styled by Sarti, combining quartz surfaces with art-design accessories and food produce, such as black chanterelle mushroom, icefish, purple cauliflower and burned sage.
