Inspired by the pattern adopted by industry to strengthen thin sheet-metal, the New York lamp family features a shiny polycarbonate diffuser and a striking special texture made possible by an innovative punching technique. The packaging design and lamp assembly process are also striking as it comes in an easily transported flat-pack. The diffuser is a flat sheet that is given its conical form during assembly, fixed with red adhesive tape – the line’s distinguishing sign.
