CP Parquet: Onda

The CP Parquet Lab Design creative laboratory has produced Onda, a table featuring a slightly wavy top, dented in places, starting from a 5mm thick layer of wood.

Onda Table’s concept breaks the idea that a table top must be perfectly smooth and regular, to evoke the pleasure of more authentic, time worn objects.

Starting from a 5mm thick layer of wood, the same as that used to make our wooden flooring, CP Parquet Design Lab creates rfurniture and complementary items to customers’ requirements: tables, stools, storage units, tops, boiserie panelling... CP Parquet Lab Design invites designers and architects to employ lateral thinking in order to re-define the concept of wooden flooring and the contexts in which it can be used.

This outstanding natural material has unlimited potential, as yet untapped. The experience provided by CP Parquet engineers and the skills of Italian master craftsmen allow us to customize everything: dimensions, shapes, types of wood, colours and finishes. All this in a way friendly to the environment through the use of water-based varnish and natural oils.
