Harry & Camilla: Babylon

During the Salone del Mobile, the Milanese designers present a series of garden vases for furniture company Dedon.

Designed by Harry & Camila, Babylon is German furniture company Dedon's first collection of garden vases, to be presented at the Salone del Mobile 2012.

The vases are typified by irregular surfaces and digitally created asymmetrical forms.

Produced in a special type of ceramic, the vases are elegantly slanted and available in three different sizes ranging from 22.5 to 36 centimetres in diameter across three colours: olive, black and grey.

Described by the designers as "experimental shapes, high tech, very difficult to produce," the vases intend to symbolize Denon's "cult of uniqueness, research, innovation, and constant attention to quality and exclusivity in all its designs and products".
