A legal firm has rescued a heritage building in Costa Rica, and in Honduras they have given new life to an old building, turning it into the Arts and Culture Center of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras. In Guatemala’s old town, a cultural center has recovered an iconic Art Deco building, turning it into the Lux Cinema. And Mexico stands out for its historical architecture and for how modern life succeeds in catching and adapting its essence to the new uses, with the Mezcalería and the Hotel Carlota, designed by architect Javier Sánchez.
