Mexico, Central America and Caribbean

April-May

The need to establish a closer bond between daily life and good architecture, guides us to offer a variety of housing in this issue.

From Javier Sanchez’s house design built on the edge of a cliff in Peru, a housing development for low middle class in Mexico City, to a big glass house designed by Victor Cañas on a rock formation overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica, and a small wooden house designed by Benjamin Garcia Saxe, that emerges from a hill with ocean views as well as view to the mountains. A modular system designed by AT 103 can form a tunnel, an observation tower, exhibition spaces and more, at a linear park in Morelos.
