Born in 1984 in Belarus, he is a sociologist and journalist expert in new media. Known for his critique of cyber-utopism, he studies the implications of technology on politics and society. He studied at the American University of Bulgaria and obtained a Phd in History of Science at the Harvard University. He collaborates with international newspapers and is a visiting professor at the Stanford University.
