Regulations for the use and publication of Materials
Following the transmission of the materials related to the project (including, by way of example and not limited to: photographs, designs, graphic representations, videos, texts and reports, hereafter the “Materials”), you authorise Editoriale Domus S.p.A. (“Domus”), with registered offices at Via G. Mazzocchi, 1/3 20089 Rozzano (Mi) – VAT no. 07835550158, to use and publish the submitted materials on its websites and/or in its print magazines according to the following terms.
By accepting these Regulations, you grant Domus a free publishing licence to utilise the Materials without restrictions of time or geographical area. The Materials may also be used for advertising purposes. From the moment of acceptance, you authorise the publication of the Materials on Domus’s websites and in its print magazines, as well as, where considered of interest by the relevant Editorial Office, the use and reproduction of the Materials to draft other articles and editorial content of any kind.
Any Materials you send will be subject to prior approval by the Editorial Office, which, at its sole discretion, will decide whether to publish them in Domus magazine (“Magazine”), in its online version and/or print edition and/or on its social media pages, or in any other periodical and/or project. The Editorial Office may carry out all edits and adaptations that it deems appropriate according to the specific uses, including purposes related to advertising.
The publication of the submitted Materials will not constitute any form of working relationship or collaboration at Domus’s expense. The Editorial Office will be under no obligation to publish the Materials. Nor will there be any right to payment or remuneration of any kind.
By accepting these Regulations, you declare that you are the author of the submitted Materials, and that you are therefore authorised to freely dispose of them.
You declare that the submitted Materials are original and free of any restrictions, also of a contractual nature, that may hinder or limit the uses fully described above, explicitly assuring Domus the free exercise of the rights and powers stipulated in these Regulations.
You also declare that said Materials do not infringe the rights of third parties and respect the provisions of current copyright legislation.
On the basis of the above declarations, you therefore undertake to indemnify and hold Domus harmless in the event of any action and/or claims from third parties, and you will be liable to compensate Domus for any detrimental consequences, including any legal actions, also of an extrajudicial nature, that Domus may sustain as a consequence of any violation of the above.
As the publication of images portraying people is subject to the norms dictated by Reg. UE 2016/679 and therefore by D.Lgs. 196/2003, as modified by D.gs 101/2018 regarding the protection of personal data, with the acceptation of these Regulations you declare that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the legitimate owners.
You understand that Domus will not be responsible for the correctness of the texts or images. You will have the sole entitlement to correct any errors and/or inaccuracies in the submitted information, via written communication to the e-mail redazione@domusweb.it.
You authorise Editoriale Domus to publish your name and surname, the name of your studio, and the name of the project, as indicated in the registration form, in your capacity as author of whatever is published online or in the magazine.
All the supplied data will be treated in conformity with the policy on the treatment of personal data that has already been submitted to you, and which can be viewed via the link [].
You accept and agree that the submitted texts and images will not be returned to you.
