At the Milan Design Week, Florim presented lots of new products with a project developed both at the Salone del Mobile and in the flagship store in Brera (Foro Buonaparte 14).
For this Milan Design Week too, Florim has confirmed its double presence at the Salone del Mobile and Fuorisalone – in the single-brand showroom in Foro Bonaparte, in the coveted Brera district. The two installations, conceived in collaboration with Matteo Nunziati, highlight the new products offered by the Florim brand and FLORIM stone, integral parts of the Carbon zero project.
At the Salone del Mobile, Florim told its vision of design and the future of design with an installation conceived in collaboration with Matteo Nunziati entitled "Design with a Vision". A display with a museum-like flavour highlighted how large slabs can go beyond their conventional use (floor and wall tiles) to create new perspectives in design with the ceramic surface as the absolute protagonist. Protagonists of the stand were the new Mystic Luxe collection and 11 new proposals of the "FLORIM stone" brand as well as the CarbonZero project (Florim's Carbon Neutral products). At no. 14 Foro Buonaparte, the Florim Flagship Store instead showed a completely renewed exhibition concept, again designed by Matteo Nunziati.

For the new FLORIM stone surfaces, the brand introduces a variety of aesthetic solutions including two types of granite, four limestones, one porphyry, three travertines and one fine marble. This wide choice offers a range of design possibilities, allowing you to approach the world of interior design with style and versatility. Innovation in the field of digital decoration offers textural and three-dimensional effects increasingly inspired by the tactile workings of natural stone, and mass-coloured mixtures. The new Matt Leather finish identifies the leather effect typical of the processing of natural stone, obtained through a process of acid or sandblasting and subsequent brushing. The new Silk finish interprets the matt lapping that is performed on natural stone.
Great importance has been given to the ‘CarbonZero’ project: Carbon Neutral surfaces compensate for the CO2 emissions generated by their production and life cycle. Florim precisely measures the environmental impact of its products throughout their life cycle, from extraction of raw materials to disposal (EPD Certification issued by EPD Italy). For years, it has also been developing different actions to limit the impact of its business, reducing the use of natural resources and investing to make the process more sustainable.
Lastly, Mystic Luxe, Florim's new collection of large slabs expressing luxury, elegance and timeless aesthetics, was presented. Chromed metals and agates combine to transform spaces into places of well-being, where light dances through golden inserts and glossy effects, creating games of reflections and shadows that enchant the eye and caress the spirit.
