Designing is done through intuitive apps or web platforms, often available for free.

In the field of architectural construction, one of the best configurators is MyPlanner, a free web interface developed by Saint-Gobain, which supports the designer in choosing the most suitable construction solutions.

MyPlanner allows you to quickly search for different types of intervention: facades, floors, roofs, consolidation, acoustic correction, waterproofing and much more. A new version of the configurator also integrates glass for buildings and metal accessories. 

The importance of choosing the right product when designing with glass is crucial because the wrong glass breaks, does not insulate acoustically, does not protect against the heat of the sun and does not respect our privacy. Therefore, choosing the right glass solution often requires the advice of an expert, increasing response time and delivery time to the end customer.

With MyPlanner, various types of solutions can be correctly set up: insulating glass in buildings, canopies, parapets, glass staircases, partitions... We also find several solutions dedicated to furniture: interior doors, showcases, shelves, shower cubicles, interior parapets and more.  

Within the interface developed by Saint-Gobain, in the dedicated Green Library section, it is also possible to search for Saint-Gobain products that meet the requirements of environmental sustainability according to the protocols in force, downloading their certificates, environmental data sheets and EPDs. Finally, MyPlanner is also training: thanks to the Academy module, it is possible to search for classroom or distance training courses, with or without training credits, by registering in a few simple steps.
