HP introduces a new line of printers for design professionals.

Contemporary workplaces – be they homes or offices – are characterised by an ever-increasing smartification, i.e. the integration of physical and digital environments. This is why an important issue in interior design is the interplay between furniture and electronic devices.

Workplaces are a spatial extension of the identity and work ethic of professionals. They are places where we not only spend a lot of time but also welcome clients and collaborators, and where we show our creativity. Every element of an office or studio must therefore be consistent with these principles: this also applies to personal computers, printers, screens and the various devices we use everyday.

With these needs in mind, HP has introduced the HP DesignJet Studio printers, the world's first large format plotters to combine high performance, print quality and a sleek, high-tech design. Available in two models, 24" and 36", the series of printers presented by the company features a compact design that integrates perfectly into any environment, from the studio to the home office.

"Our research shows that design professionals are looking for devices in their work life that are coherent with their aesthetic philosophy," comments Roberto Giorgio, HP Regional Manager Large Format Printing. "These printers are created for designers who require the highest quality and design for their office or studio. The wood and steel finishes fit perfectly with the modern design of creative work environments. They are smart, efficient and sustainable, and their exceptional simplicity allows professionals to simplify their work and make the most of their time."

In addition to aesthetic requirements, the HP DesignJet Studio follows the contemporary dynamics of studios and creative agencies, where work is increasingly flexible and dynamic: professionals are often on the move between studios, construction sites and client sites, and need to be able to print or access documents remotely. With the new HP printers, this is not only possible, but also extremely easy. The minimalist design also offers an immediate and intuitive user experience: a single click is all it takes to launch the printing of an entire set of files.

DesignJet Studio is the company's first net-carbon-neutral large-format plotter. In fact, the printer is certified in accordance with the CarbonNeutral Protocol, which calculates the emissions of the entire product life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials to their disposal. HP has also reduced the amount of material used for packaging and integrated the use of recycled plastic into the manufacturing process.

HP DesignJet Studio is therefore a product that represents the ethos and aesthetics of contemporary professionals.
