Bolon collaborated with the choreographer Alexander Ekman to present its new collection Silence, inspired by the calm, tranquil beauty of the forests, lakes and skies of Sweden.

The video is the result of three days of work at Spring Studios in Stockholm, where Ekman and Bolon invited set builders, costume designers, photographers, film makers and design students.
Inspired by the tranquil beauty and deep forests of Sweden, Silence collection features historical textiles and traditional wooden parquet inspired patterns interpreted through a unique weaving technique that creates 3D effects and playful light reflections.
The Silence collection and The Contradiction of Silence concept have been further interpreted at Stockholm Design Week where Bolon will present an installation created in partnership with Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm.
