Re:move is a new electric three-wheeler that sits at the intersection between a kickscooter and a cargo bike. Built to offer a sustainable alternative to city deliveries, It fits most bike lanes and can transport up to 275 Kg of maximum payload. The project started within the framework of Wallpaper Magazine’s Re:made, an initiative to foster interdisciplinary collaborations among designers, creatives, makers, and manufacturers.

Hydro, a Norwegian aluminum company, helped build the frame with a recyclable and low-carbon version of the metal. Industrial designer Konstantin Grcic leveraged the material’s properties to shape the frame design, while Cake took care of the electric drivetrain. Last but not least, Polestar contributed by bringing the project to life with the help of the company’s R&D center based in Coventry.

“This was really like a jam session,” said Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath. “For one evening, everyone gets together and brings their instruments in order to play something unexpected.”
