Suzanne Jackson: Somethings in the World

The Furla Foundation, in collaboration with Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Milan, continues with the Furla series project, presenting a new exhibition dedicated to the work of American artist Suzanne Jackson.

As part of the fifth edition of the Furla Series project, the Furla Foundation, in collaboration with the GAM (Galleria d’Arte Moderna) in Milan, presents: Suzanne Jackson. Somethings in the world, curated by Bruna Roccasalva.
Fifty years of impassioned work, with the American artist exploring the world of theatre and poetry through painting.
She has explored the medium of paint, dense and material, through dreamlike subjects, ever since her earliest works from the Seventies, right up to her most recent pieces, some of which have been created specifically in dialogue with the GAM collection. Furla Series is an exciting project that, since 2017, has seen the Furla Foundation involved in the setting up of exhibitions in collaboration with important art institutions.
