The result of a long conceptual study and careful industrial development, the custom modular system designed by David Lopez Quincoces for Lema features a wide range of compositions and finishes.
The story of Lema is that of a Made in Italy that knows how to skilfully combine innovation and tradition, combining quality and customisation. Among the company's most recent proposals is the LT40 modular system, designed by Madrid designer David Lopez Quincoces.

Four families of complementary furnishings are designed to generate free compositions, promoting freedom, sharing and conviviality: values that are increasingly important both in the home and in the contract sector. LT40 is an articulated and highly customizable concept – made of floor elements, cupboards, wall units and wood panelling – that adapts to the variety of everyday situations, enriching them with its natural contemporary, informal and cosmopolitan elegance.
Designed in articulated compositions, LT40 reveals its strong personality even when used as a single element: equipped walls for the living area that are also perfect for creating refined home office corners, suspended storage units for passageways. Cupboards, sideboards and wall storage units serving the dining area and the kitchen. For the sleeping area, chests of drawers, weekly drawers, storage units perfect also to enrich a refined and functional wardrobe environment. More boiserie designed to create equipped walls in the living room that in the bedroom are transformed into sophisticated headboards.
The four compositional families are enriched by a series of additional elements: double-sided storage units; benches and elements designed to house multimedia equipment; marble and stone tops; storage boxes in wood or glass; integrated LED lamp system.

Finally, the LT40 domestic universe is enriched by the LT_Frame container system, designed to be hung on the wall. This is in fact composed by the free composition of colours and materials, lights and shadows, full and transparent containers, which are framed by a discreet beam of LED light along the internal perimeter of the container.
The great aesthetic and functional versatility is combined with a wide variety of woods, lacquered, glass, clays, natural and reconstructed marbles. Harmonious dialogue between shape and materials marked by a deep attention to detail: the compositions are completed by full height finishing sides and full width top in 10 mm thickness. A "tailored suit" perfectly fitted and finished with the facades (25 mm thick) in all Lema finishes. The internal structure is in Greyvelvet, an innovative ultra-matt, velvety to the touch material with high resistance.
