Meld lamp

Thin layers of stone are the key to the soft atmospheres created by the Meld ceiling lamps designed by Norwegian design studio Noidoi for Northern Lighting.

Northern Lighting presents a new lamp made of stone, designed by Kathrine Lønstad and Cosmin Cioroiu from Noidoi Design Studio. The shade is comprised of two parts, each one pressed, cut and glazed to meld together into a single whole.

The stoneware material makes it durable and strong. The top portion of the shade is available in powder grey or dusty blue, complementing a lower part made in classic white. It is possible to customize it, choosing and combining several colours.
