Martín Azúa: Rambla chair

With a contemporary shape, light and stackable, the Rambla chair designed by Martín Azúa for Muebles114 reinterprets tradition and the most cosmopolitan Mediterranean lifestyle.

Designed by Martín Azúa – Numbered, the Rambla chair takes its conceptual inspiration from the seats used in one of the most emblematic streets in the city of Barcelona: the Rambla.

Martín Azúa – Numbered: Rambla chair and table

A promenade that runs from the very heart of the city to the waters of the port; that used to have seats you could hire for a while, to have a rest or chat, very often turning into an improvised agora. The arms of the Rambla chair are made from iron bars but it is light and stackable. With a contemporary shape, it reinterprets tradition and the most cosmopolitan Mediterranean lifestyle.

Roomy and comfortable, with relaxing arms and an optional polyurethane foam cushion, this chair is suitable for outdoors and, thanks to its modern style and design, can also be used for the home in dining rooms, kitchens, porches and terraces.
