Karoline Fesser, a German product designer, is one of them. She founded her own studio in Cologne in 2012, where she creates furniture and products for the everyday life. Karoline is interested in the relation between humans, objects and spaces. With her products she focuses on the balance of material and immaterial values, always creating space for somebody's own imagination.

The Sample Avenue relates to the image of an imaginary street with average houses. Like the storeys of a house the components are stacked onto each other, each building a small architecture. Valuing the worth of material and craftsmanship three glass parts are made from one single mould. Separated by wooden bowls the showcases put a focus on the stored, presented and protected content.
