POSTextiles at Interiors UK : a Material Exploration

The London based collective proclaim "The textile revival has begun!" Proposals that push the limits of textile design trough the use of materials.

"Experimenting with the boundaries of a material is a practice that comes as second nature to the designers of POSTextiles. Exploring the capabilites and using unexpected properties of materials is integral to our design processes, using it as a means to explore research but most importantly to communicate ideas. Showcased at Interiors UK is a selection of material samples selected from our portfolios, through which we hope to provide an insight into our way of working which pushes limits and explores possibilities."

"The hybrid approach of our practice between science, technology, philosophy and craft is grounded in aesthetic sensibilities and inherent codes of textile design. This has inspired the cultivation of original ideas that make tangible the most poignant of our social, ethical and environmental futures."
