Lithuania. Muista presents its active chair to rock at work

An ergonomic or a rocking chair? Muista changes how we spend time on the computer in a more healthy, dynamic and productive way.

The occupational safety code is clear: it is necessary to take a 15 minutes break every two hours in order to move your body, relax your muscles, stimulate your circulation and take your eyes off the laptop screen. A correct posture is no longer enough, you have to move. How to combine a sedentary work with this need for exercise? This was the challenge of Muista, a Lithuanian brand that has been working for three years on the design and refinement of an active chair.

The two positions of the rocking chair Muista

The result was Muista Chair, a stool-rocking chair designed to be active while sitting at a desk in front of a computer. There are two possible positions, horizontally like a bench or vertically like a rocking horse. In both cases, the slight and oscillating movement acts against muscular numbness and bring several health benefits: less stress, more balance and a better blood flow.
