Mimmo Jodice at MART in Rovereto
Following the work of Gabriele Basilico that illustrated his vision of Trentino, MART is hosting an exhibition of work by another leading Italian photographer, Mimmo Jodice. Born in Naples in 1934, Jodice began taking photographs in the mid-1960s. From early experiments in style he moved on to examine social reality in his native city and southern Italy. He looked with a metaphysical slant at everyday places and offered his own personal interpretation of antique Mediterranean culture.
