The Utopian Display
“The Utopian Display”, is a series of conferences about curatorship organised by Marco Scotini and Maurizio Bortolotti for NABA in Milan, aiming to outline a map of the world of contemporary curating through the identification of three aspects – aesthetics, social imagination and politics – and examining the heteroclite space of the exhibition.
Following on from the last season which saw the participation of Catherine David, Hou Hanru, Jens Hoffmann, Roger M. Buergel and Vasif Kortun, a new series is to begin in autumn 2005. Those taking part include Anton Vidokle, Viktor Misiano and Borys Groys.
