On the contemporary design scene, where architec­ture, design and technology are ever-increasingly in­terwoven, home automation has gone from being an accessory to a veritable element for planning. This is the vision behind OL-U, the new range of KNX de­vices from Eelectron designed to offer architects and planners tools that combine aesthetics, security and advanced functionality. The series includes switch­es, thermostats, multi-sensors and socket frames, all characterised by a clean and elegant design that blends harmoniously into any setting, from residential to hospitality, and even to corporate environments. The choice of materials - plastic, metal and Fenix® - and a carefully assembled range of colours render OL-U ex­tremely versatile and capable of adapting to the most diverse architectural designs. 

The configurable switches, up to eight per device, allow for intuitive control, enhanced with RGB LED lighting that provides immediate visual feedback. There is the possibility to personalise text, icons and backlighting via the mycustom.eelectron.com portal, a platform that allows planners and clients to adapt every detail to the visual identity of the relative envi­ronment. The RGB capacitive strip recognises single or double taps as well as swipes, enabling fluid and natural interaction with the environment. The range also includes multisensors for monitoring tempera­ture, humidity and CO₂, providing vital data for the planning of healthy and efficient spaces. Security is guaranteed through KNX Data Secure certification, while energy efficiency is achieved via advanced auto­mation and programmable scenes that reduce waste and optimise consumption. For planners, this repre­sents a platform that combines comfort, sustainability and architectural value. 

Eelectron is already focused on the future: the range will see the inclusion of the box for the wall-mounting of surfaces, offering further installation options, as well as a new face plate.
