The monoblock for window hole upgrading

Requalifying the window hole without having to replace the frame, while maintaining the architectural design of the façade: DeFaveri proposes a solution that is both innovative and simple for domestic energy requalification, a method that does not create inconvenience for the end user, who can remain inside the house during the work. TiQuadra DeFaveri is a one-piece counter frame that increases the thermal performance of existing window openings. Made of CAM-compliant EPS, it is a product specifically designed by DeFaveri to solve the problem of thermal dispersion of outdated or poorly performing window holes, by intervening with precision. Thanks to its insulating materials and cutting-edge design, it effectively insulates the window hole and contributes to the improvement of the energy class by eliminating thermal bridges. Specifically, it is fitted with a PVC profile suitable for sealing between the unit and the window, by means of a self-expanding gasket. The result is a home environment protected from condensation and mould, healthier and more comfortable.

The great advantage of DeFaveri's Tiquadra is that it can be applied without the need for masonry work; it is installed from the outside by leaning against the window with appropriate brackets, so there is no inconvenience for the end user who can remain inside the house. Following the installation of the monoblock on the window hole, the walls are insulated with thermal insulation and the facades are then smoothed and finished. TiQuadra is available in different solutions: for frames only, shutters and blinds. In addition, it can be combined with complementary products, such as DeFaveri's insulated SalvaCaldo shutter box and Cover window sill cover, both made of EPS in compliance with C.A.M. and the latter coated in painted aluminium, available in custom sizes. The end result is, therefore, a simple and effective complete window hole refurbishment job.
