New holistic venue in Modena

The new concept of Amber, a venue in Modena whose interiors were designed by l’Olmo e la Terra  with the creative direction of Wabisabi Studio, is the result of a combination of different perspectives and professional skills. Divided into different areas – Amber Cafè, Amber Lounge and Amber Fitness – the new location offers a variety of spaces in which to work, eat healthy food from breakfast to dinner prepared with raw ingredients from many small producers, and do fitness in a conscious way, without special gym equipment. The idea of promoting holistic wellness is the result of a dialogue between pop star Benjamin Mascolo, chef Cecilia Montano, personal trainer Marco Farina and manager Filippo Bottura. 

A partner in this entrepreneurial adventure is Gruppo Romani, which has created tailor-made products for Amber to meet the peculiar stylistic and design requirements of the interior designers. The most iconic example of the approach adopted for the choice of materials is the Amber Café counter, covered with hexagonal tiles typical of the Cir Manifatture Ceramiche brand. The hexagons were customised thanks to the work of the Cerasarda Custom division, which translated the colours used in the concept's coordinated image (logos and graphics) into an architectural key.

The same shades of yellow have been chosen for the bathroom walls, with the Chromagic Floral ceramic wallpaper. Made by the Cir Manifatture Ceramiche brand, this porcelain stoneware product is ideal for creating made-to-measure furnishing elements and giving a touch of personality to the walls. Atelier Cerasarda has also created an exclusive series of proposals for the mise en place. The pedestal washbasins and furnishing volumes, instead, are designed by E.lements, the Group's new line of furnishing elements on sale in the new showroom opened in the heart of Modena.
