L&L Luce&Light’s multimedia booth at the Light+Building trade fair

An interactive show combining light, science and technology will mark L&L Luce&Light's participation at the Light+Building 2020 fair in Frankfurt, which will open its doors to the public from 8 to 13 March. The company will be in Hall 3.1 Stand D25. Conceived as a completely white display case, the Italian company's booth has been designed by traverso-vighy architetti: a triangular mesh exoskeleton incorporated in a translucent fabric. The outdoor "egg skin" will be activated by a multimedia system capable of controlling 373 integrated lighting fixtures, namely the Neva 7, Rio 1 and the built-in Litus 2.4 luminaires, all in RGBW version. 

Upon reservation through the dedicated portal, visitors can enjoy a unique sensory experience, called gnaB giB (Big Bang in reverse), lasting 6 minutes and 32 seconds. This multimedia work combines the lights of L&L Luce&Light, the words by Italian playwright Carlo Presotto and the sounds specially created by sound designer Andrea Cera. The installation by the Italian company for Light+Building 2020 will deal with scientific themes, but with a poetic and emotional appeal, to be experienced to the full to activate senses and thoughts.

While the exterior of the stand will be dynamic and interactive, the heart of the structure will be aseptic and essential, to enhance the innovative solutions and technological fixtures of L&L Luce&Light, among novelties, confirmations and successes. These will be organised according to their different functions: from indoor lighting to retail and museum lighting.

Among the novelties that will be presented in Frankfurt we will find Krill, a series of small projectors with an essential design, which makes this family ideal for lighting inside shop windows and showcases. Cameo is a family of recessed luminaires that was recently awarded the Iconic Awards 2020 - Innovative Interior; it is a line designed for false ceilings or plasterboard niches for residential spaces. Tago is an ideal solution for architectural façade lighting, thanks to the micro-orientability system inside and the wide range of optics available. In addition to these new products, Light+Building 2020 will show some of the most representative items in the history of L&L, the most successful ones, and product families with an even wider choice of solutions.
