Isotec Parete for a residential complex open to the landscape

A privileged view of Lake Lugano and Mount Generoso embraces the new residential project Parco San Vitale, which is located just a few hundred metres from the historic centre of Riva San Vitale, in Canton Ticino. The residential complex consists of two buildings arranged at different heights along a slope, open towards the alpine landscape with large glass facades. Each of the two units has a reinforced concrete structure, a basement with parking spaces, cellars and technical rooms and two storeys containing a total of 22 north-south facing apartments. All the architectural and technological choices adopted for the complex follow the desire to harmonise the structure with the natural environment and improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.

Isotec Parete ventilated facades system by Brianza Plastica has been chosen to ensure maximum efficiency in the thermal insulation of the houses. The product consists of a system of thermo-insulating panels in rigid polyurethane foam, covered with embossed aluminium foil, with an integrated steel batten pre-coupled in the factory. The Isotec Parete 140 mm thick insulating system was chosen for the Parco Vitale Residences, clad with porcelain stoneware slabs in the elongated 186x26 cm format for a final pleasant aesthetic appearance. The installation has revealed fast and practical: the entire facade, which covers an area of 850 square metres, took only three months to be completed by the construction company. Another important detail is the black finishing of the stiffeners, supplied on request, which gives an elegant effect of invisibility between the ceramic joints.
