Ronan Bouroullec’s first solo exhibition, “Résonance”, debuts in Paris

Open until September 23, 2024, at Centre Pompidou, the exhibition previews some exclusive products developed by the artist for Mutina.

On March 5, 2024, the Centre Pompidou inaugurated Ronan Bouroullec’s first solo exhibition, curated by Marie Ange Brayer and Olivier Zeitoun and titled Résonance. Open until September 23, 2024, the exhibition presents a wide selection of works highlighting Bouroullec’s skills as a designer and artist, embodied particularly by the new products created for the innovative ceramic tile brand, Mutina, showcased in preview and to be officially launched at Milan Design Week 2024.

Among these is Adagio, a modular and adaptable wall installation characterized by a lattice structure reminiscent of textile patterns. The name, inspired by musical time, emphasizes the slow and deliberate application of each element, following a sophisticated intersecting pattern. Also on display are Camino, Camini, and Candeliere. The first two are collections that combine cylindrical vases in anodized aluminum with ceramic elements, while Candeliere is a modular lighting support.
