Creaform won the Red Dot Product Design Award for its 3D measuring system that allows collect highly complex data with absolute accuracy, using a portable device.

Creaform, specialized in 3D measurement solutions and engineering services, won the Product Design Red Dot Award 2015/2016 with the series HandyPROBE Next, MetraSCAN 3D and C-Track. Thanks to this portable 3D measurement system, highly complex data can be collected with absolute accuracy.

It features a lightweight structure, easy-to-use functionality, ergonomics and an economical material usage. The portable 3D scanner, which has been optimised to meet the needs of product developers and engineers, scans surfaces that appear almost in real-time, while the integrated distance meter enables users to detect the appropriate scanning distance without having to divert their eyes from the scanned object. Its multi-grip handle provides great freedom of movement and multi-function buttons facilitate easy interaction with the software.
