The new Spíler bistropub has recently opened in the heart of Budapest, seeking to create a fusion between the typical Hungarian pubs and traditional New York cafés. Owner and designer Roy Zsidai wanted to create a place open to socialization in which people could experience something completely new in Budapest, in terms of food and atmosphere.

Located in a strategic point of District 7, the new space stands out with its refined interior, generated by the pleasant combination of local furniture recovered in different flea markets, old warehouses, and traditional agricultural farms linked to apple production.

Pipes and exposed bricks give the environment a typically urban character, contributing to enhance the unique atmosphere of the new restaurant.
