La Cattedrale Vegetale

Conceived by the artist Giuliano Mauri in Lodi, the wooden structure hosts 108 oak trees – 60 cm high, planted inside the columns that make up the five naves.




The Barn

Renovated by Antonin Ziegler Architecte, in Notre-Dame-de-Bliquetuit, France, the barn features a shell of zinc that covers the roof and walls to conserve the monolithic, agricultural architecture.



The Wine Ayutthaya

Designed by Boonserm Premthada, the wine house is divided into four platforms, on different height, that serve as a vantage point for visitors to enjoy the beautiful view of the river.




Wrap House

The house by Apollo architects in Matsuyama features a repetitive wooden structure, which rises up from the floor to continuously form a column-free, shell-like space.




House in Hamamatsu

Designed by Arii Irie Architects in Hamamatsu, Japan, the single family house is an attempt to seek new relationships between indoor and outdoor, old and new.



Mecanoo: Keukenhof

To welcome the large flows of visitors to the gardens, Mecanoo designed an elegant gatehouse in Lisse,  which features a stepped timber roof, and forms an impressive gateway to the park.
