A Matter of Perception: Products & Materials
#134 Amid the Baroque interiors of Palazzo Litta a series of exhibitions, including “Aesthetics of Misery”, by students of De Lucchi and Branzi, – and objects create a dialogue between the antique and the modern. #salone2015
At Palazzo Litta the exhibition by students of De Lucchi and Andrea Branzi, “The Aesthetics of Misery” contrasts with the Baroque interiors. According to De Lucchi, poverty is not a disease but a condition that is also creative, part of reality. The Palazzo also hosts other presentations, including one curated by Brazilian Waldick Jatobà displaying modernist furniture made from jacaranda wood.
