The Penintent Magdalene is an installation inspired by a Canova work in which the original's missing fingers, which the artist had reconstructed, become a new Magdalene exhibited on a pedestal. Mirrors in a Sotheby's catalogue were reproduced in gigantic form to reveal forgotten places in the World Mirrors aluminium prints.
