Faram: Inspire

Based on the spiral form of the nautilus mollusc, Inspire is a transparent and organic structure – for workstations that are both shielded and public.

Today’s workplaces tend to mix personal offices and collective open spaces in a hybrid spatial design. At the recent SaloneUfficio, Faram showcased a new spiral glazed structure called Inspire.

Thanks to its design details, Inspire guarantees good acoustic comfort and lends itself to a range of uses, such as informal/private meetings, office workstations, public areas and info points.

It comes in three versions, the set-up and finishes can be customised, it has internal lighting and can also be equipped with furnishings, electric sockets and audio-video devices, including a projector purpose-designed to adapt images to curved screens. A partially open ceiling allows free air circulation with no need for mechanical-ventilation systems and maintains a constant temperature inside and out. The glazed walls can be fitted with sound-absorbent components – accessories that, as well as responding to special acoustic-comfort needs, act as decorative features and visual filters.
