Dear user, this information is provided under Article 13 of legislative Decree. nr. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code (the “Privacy Code”), in relation to personal data of which Editoriale Domus S.p.A. (the “Company”) may come in possession as a result of Your registration on our website.
This document provides information concerning the methods and purposes of the processing of data provided by the Company, as Data Controller.

The provision of consent under nr. 1 here above is mandatory; Any refusal to provide such data will result in the inability by the Company to perform the foreseen activities.
The provision of the consent for the purposes under points nr. 2 and 3 here above is optional and without any consequences in case of Your refusal.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the employees and/or associates of the Company assigned to the marketing offices and/or to managing the website.
These subjects, as “persons in charge of the processing” will be authorized by the Company to process Your data for the purposes stated in this information and in compliance with the Privacy Code.
Your personal data may disclosed to third parties who may process Your personal data on behalf of the Company as "external data processor", such as, for example, IT service providers, suppliers of outsourcing services or cloud computing, professionals and consultants. You have the right to obtain a list of such external data processors, as appointed by the Company, making a request to the Company according with the following paragraph.

At any time You may therefore request and obtain confirmation of the existence at the Company of personal data concerning You. Additionally, You may request that Your data be updated, amended, supplemented. You may object for legitimate reasons, in whole or in part, to the use of Your data and revoke Your consent, if granted, or You may request that Your data be deleted, converted into anonymous form, or blocked if they have been processed unlawfully.
