The National Taichung Theater is a complex comprising three theatres, whose curved concrete surface is entirely built using the truss-wall construction method that is adopted for the first time in the world. Its interiors feature extraordinary organic forms after the architects stepped away from linear geometry to conduct an unprecedented test of building rules lasting for years.
Global projects also include the IJhal new wing of Central Station in Amsterdam, which connects to the IJ River and creates routes with a precise formal connection for travellers; and the C Penthouse in Antwerp, also organized along a river, whose unfinished and recycled materials is a reference to the Arte Povera movement.
