Domus China 112, October 2016
The October issue of Domus China features a series of remarkable projects, in large or small scale, where the relationship and interaction between space and users are precisely considered and harmonized by the architect.

To start with, the last project built in Italy by Zaha Hadid , Salerno Maritime Terminal has come to completion, where its fluid forms and advanced technology, unconventional spatiality and bold geometry are all masterfully controlled. In Antwerp, Belgium, six coastal apartment towers designed by three leading European architecture firms including David Chipperfield Architects, Diener & Diener Architekten and Tony Fretton Architects, cooperating with Michel Desvigne Paysagiste, together formed the reconstruction of a swathe of urban fabric aiming to be a continuation of the historic city. In a more private dimension, the Walsh Street House by Robin Boyd is presented to examine how domesticity can be sublimed to each part of a building, and the way that the Australian maestro see architecture.

In Confetti we focus on fantastic exhibitions, by giving an overview on the famous collection of Rolf Fehlbaum in Schaudepot - a new home designed by Herzog & de Meuron, and the Terrae Motus collection which is lately open to the public in Palace of Caserta, as well as "The Space In Between" by Japanese studio nendo in Holon Design Museum in Israel.

Feedback section is a tour to modern Hong Kong. Through the timeline given by Wang Weijen, we will perceive the uniqueness of Hong Kong’s architecture and its mixing of old and new, which connects the city to time by linking its past with the present and the future.
