Industrial designer Francisco Gomez Paz has spent the last three years in an evolutionary study of the nature of LED technology, unveiling the Nothing lamp during this year's Salone del Mobile. At the Luceplan showroom, he presents Connecting the Dots, an installation that showcases the evolution process of his study, from sketches, prototypes and behind-the-scenes photos. His process has given birth to Nothing, a lamp that is a three-dimensional version of an electronic circuit, and acts as a shadow, using LED lighting in a soft, non-intrusive way.
