Opened last month, the Long Studio designed by Todd Saunders stretches to the east through a large window. The building is part of the Residency Program curated by the Fogo Island Arts Corporation (Shorefast Arts Foundation), which provides for the construction of a series of wooden cabanons. Intended to house artists, curators, filmmakers and writers, they are embedded in the cliffs of Fogo Island.
