The public is invited to play a game of lights and sounds through the very large seesaws of different sizes – from five to seven metres long – that can accommodate more visitors at the same time. Once they get moving their light intensity varies according to their tilt, while producing a series of harmonious sounds. Playing with the different speeds, the public becomes protagonist of the installation. Impulse was presented for the first time during the Canadian light festival Luminotherapie, promoted by the Partenariat Quartier des Spectacles of Montréal.
